You will receive all offers in the form of a written contract. This is done to ensure you are presented with only genuine offers from genuine buyers. Once an offer is received, we guide you through the negotiating process to ensure you achieve the best deal possible for you.
By offering full disclosure during the inspection process, we can overcome objections early in the sales process. Too often sellers are left without a contract because the agent did not properly disclose relevant information to purchasers. By offering full disclosure throughout the process there should be no surprises after the contract is agreed to.
4. Seeing your sale through to the end:
To ensure your sale is as smooth as possible, we attend all post contract inspections such as valuations, building and pest inspections etc. That way we can handle any objections face to face if they arise.
