It does not seem fair however, that Sellers are paying for the branding of the real estate companies in print advertising, so Focus Realty pays for 10% of all print advertising carried out for your property.

1. Qualifying

We pride ourselves on qualifying buyers to make certain they are in a position to buy your home, before we arrange an inspection. We find out not only what the buyer would ?like?, but also their primary motivation for buying a property. This means more reliable, efficient inspections and more genuine buyers viewing your property.

2. Negotiation

You will receive offers in the form of a written contract. This is done to ensure you are presented with only genuine offers from genuine buyers.

3. Disclosure

By offering full disclosure during the inspection process, we can overcome any objections early in the sales process. Too often sellers are left without a contract because the agent did not properly disclose relevant information to purchasers. By offering full disclosure throughout the process there should be no surprises after the contract is agreed to.

4. Seeing your sale through to the end

To ensure your sale is as smooth as possible, we attend all post contract inspections such as valuations, building and pest inspections etc. That way we can handle any objections face to face if they arise.
